Full Service Wedding Planning
As the name suggests, we are with you every step of the way. While various suppliers make up a wedding, your planner is the one who invests the most time in understanding your vision, coordinating every detail, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
This is for couples who want to enjoy their engagement without the stress, are unsure where to start, or simply don’t have the time to juggle all the moving pieces. Whether you’re planning something close to home or a destination celebration, we tailor the process to suit your vision, style and budget.
Every wedding is different, and so is the way we plan it — our process is flexible and tailored to suit your individual needs. But here is what to expect: + A dedicated wedding portal with 24/7 access to all resources, decisions and documents regarding your special day +Minimum 3 support meetings throughout planning process with unlimited email correspondence + Personalised wedding checklist with guided support + Assistance managing guest list, seating plan, and creation of invitations or wedding website + Custom wedding budget (choice of template only or full budget support) + Full styling plan including concept, colour palette, floral palette, moodboard and outline of all stylistic elements + Creation of floorplan and set-up master packing list (if applicable for DIY items) + Vendor liaison and quotation management, including sourcing quotes, confirmations and coordination with all key suppliers (catering, florals, entertainment, celebrant, venue, etc) + Schedule management including a detailed runsheet for all suppliers + Attendance and support at wedding rehearsal + Lemonade Events as your on-the-day contact for up to 10 hours - overseeing set-up, aisle timing, family photos, MC communication, music cues, and more + Expert problem solving for any last-minute issues and fielding questions from suppliers, guests and the wedding party so you can be the guests of honour (not the hosts!) + Discounts on Lemonade Events hire stock

Wedding Styling
You may know exactly what you would like your special day to look and feel like...but actually bringing it to life is a lot different! Our styling service involves crafting the visual ambiance and aesthetic of an event based on what inspires you, whether it be colours, textures, art or simply a feeling. We focus on creating the desired look and feel for the day by sourcing all the necessary elements to bring the envisioned aesthetic to life.

Our styling service is perfect for couples who have the logistics under control but need expert guidance to bring their wedding vision to life in a way that is modern, cohesive, and beautifully curated without the stress of DIY or decision fatigue. Ideal for those wanting a unique celebration styled by a professional who knows how to make the most of your budget.

On the day
Wedding Coordination
Have everything planned but don’t want to be running the show on the day? Avoid the phone calls from vendors, millions of questions and the inevitable curve balls by handing it all over to us! We will take over the logistics a month from the wedding, fine-tuning the details to ensure the day itself runs smoothly. We will also create a comprehensive timeline, manage all moving parts on the day and are equipped to problem solve.
Choose between 5 or 8 hours of on-the-day support. 5 hours is ideal for pre-ceremony and ceremony coverage, while 8 hours allows us to assist right through to the reception and key transitions.
Every wedding is different, and so is the way we coordinate it — our process is flexible and tailored to suit your individual needs. But here is what to expect: + Meeting 2 months out from your wedding to discuss all the details, identify any gaps and start the preparation process. + Unlimited email support for the 2 months prior to your wedding. + Creation of detailed runsheet for you and your other suppliers including catering, entertainment, hire items, florists, celebrants, venue and more + Creation of set-up master packing list (if applicable for DIY items) + Creation of MC Guide + Creation of timeline screensavers (to put as phone wallpaper for the day) + Attendance and support at wedding rehearsal + Lemonade Events as your on-the-day contact for the allocated hours - overseeing set-up, aisle timing, family photos, MC communication, music cues, and more + Expert problem solving for any last-minute issues and fielding questions from suppliers, guests and the wedding party so you can be the guests of honour (not the hosts!)

We understand that wedding planning can be both overwhelming and demanding, balancing time, budget, and the many details involved can often feel like a lot to manage.

This one-hour consultation is designed to give you the expert advice, clarity, and confidence you need to make your planning process feel smoother and less stressful. Whether you're struggling with styling ideas, wedding logistics, or both, we’ll review what you've planned so far, answer all your questions, provide personalised recommendations and more.

For just $150, this session is available via video call or in person, offering you a starting point to get your wedding on track and relieve some of that stress. After our consultation, you’ll receive a personalised roadmap to guide you through the next steps, so you can feel more in control of the process moving forward.

If you find you need more support, your $150 investment can be redeemed toward Lemonade Events' full wedding styling or planning services, so you can continue your wedding journey with us by your side.
