By booking a consultation with Lemonade Events, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Consultation Fee

• The consultation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Rescheduling may be possible with adequate notice and is subject to Lemonade Events' availability. Rescheduling is at the sole discretion of Lemonade Events.

2. Redeemable Credit

• The cost of the consultation is redeemable on selected Lemonade Events services only. If you are unsure which services qualify, please contact Lemonade Events for clarification prior to booking.

3. Limitation of Liability

• Lemonade Events provides advice and recommendations based on professional experience. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Lemonade Events harmless against any liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from the use or implementation of any advice or recommendations provided during the consultation.

• Lemonade Events does not accept responsibility for the conduct, quality, or performance of any third-party suppliers recommended or liaised with during or after the consultation. Any disputes or issues with third parties are to be resolved directly with them.

4. Intellectual Property

• Lemonade Events retains full ownership of all designs, ideas, concepts, materials, and other intellectual property shared during or created as part of the consultation.

• Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any materials or concepts provided solely for the event discussed in the consultation.

• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, repurpose, or share any intellectual property from Lemonade Events beyond its intended use without written permission.

5. Further Services

• Should the client proceed with engaging Lemonade Events for planning, coordination, styling, or any additional services, a separate service agreement with further terms and conditions will apply.

6. Confidentiality

• Lemonade Events respects your privacy and confidentiality. Any personal or event-related details shared in the consultation will be treated with discretion and not shared outside our business without your consent.

7. Changes to Terms

• Lemonade Events reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request.
